Where Is The Category I Requested?
While we attempt to put you in the categories you have requested, occasionally we do not have an
identical category. When this occurs, we do our best to put you in similar or additional categories.
Once your ad is paid, we will add any category that you request and list your business under that
category. We do not do this until the account is paid. If you would like to request your ad be listed in
another category, email your request to support@cbt.cc.
How Do I Find My Listing?
We offer many different ways to search for your business, making us far easier to use than any other
directory. You can search by Island, by category, by keyword, by business name and more.
The way we recommend finding your business the first time is by business name. When doing this, it is not necessary to enter the entire business name. Also, be aware that the name must be entered exact. Example, if the listing were B. A. Barnabus Services Ltd, to search the business it would be best to only type Barnabus and hit search. If you were to type B A Barnabus Services Ltd. you would NOT find it. The reason is because you did not add the periods. For that reason, it is best to use only a part of your name when searching by business.
To search by business, enter our site. At the top of every page is a list of links, click on Search. Now scroll down to search by Company or Keyword. Make sure the Company box is checked and then type in a bit of your company name. If there are several similar companies, it will pull all of them up in alphabetical order. Simply go down the list until you find your business. You will note that each business will have 2 or more listings, each category listing will appear. This allows you to see exactly what categories you are listed under. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact support@cbt.cc.
